Overnight highlights include the men's triathlon, plus more action in the Bird's Nest Stadium. Goldie Sayers and Jade Johnson had qualification on their minds in the javelin and long jump.

Twenty gold medals are to be won on the eleventh day with two to be decided at the sailing regatta in Qingdao. Paul Goodison and Penny Clark hope to be in contention for medals in the Laser classes. 

Meanwhile, there are more canoeing heats at Shunyi, including Tim Brabants in action in the heats of K1 500m, in which he won world championship silver last year.

It is also the final day of track cycling, team GB has its sights on all three gold medals on offer, and Christine Ohuruogu and Nicola Sanders can repeat their world championship medal success.
