Legendary U.Z.Z. agent Zach Meadows is called out of retirement to help Victor and Anita catch Dr Hypno - a notorious villain threatening to unleash his hypno-powers on the world. But there's something about Zach that Victor doesn't like and he refuses to be seduced by his charismatic charm.
