Adventures with the pint-sized crimebuster. Victor predicts that Batfink is finished. And Manhole Manny steals the world's greatest painting.

Adventures with the metal-winged, pint-sized crimebuster and his partner, Karate. 

Victor the Predictor: Victor appears on TV and predicts that Batfink is finished. As Batfink responds he finds each prediction seems to be coming true.

Manhole Manny: The world's greatest painting is stolen. Batfink and Karate explore the town's manholes, but Manny hears the intruders and and turns on the water mains to flush them out.
