In The Kitchy Kookaper, Hugo A Go Go goes on a rampage of robbery using his new weapon, a tickle stick which incapacitates targets through the power of laughter. Spin the Batfink sees the Junkman unleash a tornado machine, which is used to rob banks and then turned on Batfink.
