Series for pre-school children featuring live action, puppetry and animation with Tilly, Tom and Tiny. There is rubbish everywhere, and the trio watch a man sweeping it up. When the sweeper stops for a rest, Tilly gets a broom out of the 'sac magique' and the Tots help clear away the rubbish. As the sweeper prepares to pick up a load more rubbish, Tilly plays her flute and the rubbish is magically put into the cart. The sweeper goes home, as there's nothing left to do.
