Duration: 30 minutes

First broadcast: on BBC News EuropeLatest broadcast: on BBC News North America

Football has long been a sport run by men, but Fatma Samoura is changing that. Sally Nugent travels to Fifa's Zurich headquarters to meet the association's first ever female Secretary General. In an exclusive interview as part of the BBC's 100 Women, Sally finds out how the Senegalese humanitarian rose to the second most powerful position in international football and how she aims to develop the women's game. She also asks Samoura how she is tackling the corruption scandal that has rocked Fifa in recent years. Filmed in the lead up to the 2018 World Cup, Sally follows preparations for the tournament in Russia and for the vote on the 2026 World Cup hosts. Show less
