Nick Miller and Sarah Keith Lucas head to The Glenlivet distillery in Scotland to find out how it is innovating to tackle climate change and maintain the quality of its whisky. Meanwhile, Matt Taylor is at The Plumpton Estate in southern England to see how the vineyard has benefitted and adapted to warmer temperatures in the UK.
