In this episode Global Pulse will be going to Seoul to meet Buddhist nun Woo-Kwan who runs a cooking school at Bong Nyeong temple, we'll see her demonstrating the intricate detail combined with simplicity of ingredients that make up the perfect Buddhist meal. Moving on to London we'll be meeting with Michelin-starred chef Mark Hix and visiting his restaurant, which is an old Victorian Tramshed, garnished with works of art from contemporary artists. In Dubai we'll visit on ef the oldest restaurants in Dubai - Al Ustad, as well as more contemporary restaurant Qbara, that specialises in Arabic and Mediterranean fusion. In Mumbai we'll be visiting Bohri Kitchen, a family-run business that invites guests to share a meal around a large Thali plate, they arrive being strangers and walk away as friends. Show less
