Aside from internal matters, the Kirk considers wider issues such as its presence in Israel/Palestine, the crisis in social care across Scotland and poverty. The programme includes reports on the work of Crossreach - the Church of Scotland’s social care arm – visiting a children’s home in Strathblane, and a project for recovering addicts in Glasgow.
