Shopping against the clock is the red team, father and daughter Willy and Jess, and their expert Ben Cooper. Their competition is mother and daughter Tessa and Alice, guided by Kate Bliss. With a budget of £300 and just 60 minutes to buy three items, each team races around the stalls at a huge antiques fair, hoping to buy two challenge items and one more of their choice.

Alice goes bird spotting, mistaking a figure of a woodpecker for a kingfisher, and then picks up a fluffy penguin with a three figure ticket! Dog lover Jess is thrilled to find a life-size nodding French bulldog, until the seller reveals it has a budget-busting price tag.

Away from the fair, collector Clare Dumbleton opens up to Caroline Hawley about her passion for antique and vintage bags. Among her collection are two American-made examples from the 1950s and 60s which double up as handy seats!
