Jamie shares news of this year’s East Neuk Festival, which celebrates its 20th anniversary with an opening concert by the Doric String Quartet and Japanese pianist Hisako Kawamura. There's music from the Scottish Chamber Orchestra, who have appeared at every edition of the festival, performing the opening movement of Beethoven’s 7th Symphony which they’ll be playing at East Neuk with conductor Maxim Emelyanychev. There’s also news from Tectonics Festival alongside music from Su-A Lee, Dunedin Consort, a classic from Gustav Holst’s The Planets and the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra perform The Fairy's Kiss by Stravinsky.
