Charlie Ross recalls his happy childhood memories of riding a bike and learns how BMX and mountain bikes revolutionised cycling in the 1970s and 80s. He meets collector Mike to see some of the retro bikes in his collection, including a Burner, a Mustang and, of course, a Chopper.
Things are ‘wheelie’ tense with our teams in Derbyshire as they scour an antiques centre in Ilkeston looking for bargains. On the red team are partners Janet and Tony, who are ‘aiming high’ with expert Nick Hall. They’re up against the blue team, sisters Liz and Alison, who are with Izzie Balmer.
