Ranger Hamza and the Ramblers discover how Scots pine trees play an important role in the environment. They find out that they can help improve habitats for plants and animals and that their rough bark is a great place for insects to hide from predators. They learn that wood from these trees can be used to build homes and furniture and that wood ants can use its pine needles to make their homes too. On the way, they spot a red squirrel out looking for seeds to eat. Show less
