The murder of Yohanne Martin takes the feud between the two gangs to a new and even more chilling level. The Burger Bar Boys plan their revenge, and in January 2003 they drive up to a New Year's party and open fire on partygoers, killing two teenage girls and injuring two others. The real targets were a group of young men standing nearby, including members of the Johnson Crew. Both gangs were now notorious nationwide, causing a clamour to find someone, or something, to blame for the rise in gun violence. Sophie Ellis, who was shot and who's twin sister died, talks to Livvy Haydock about how that night still has an impact on her family 20 years on.
