The semi-finals continue, and the celebrities are surprised by one of the UK’s hottest young culinary talents - Big Zuu. Their job is to recreate one of his favourite recipes. The seven remaining hopefuls will need to deliver on the techniques, flavours and love that go into these dishes in order to impress Big Zuu and the judges.

The celebrity who outshines the rest will earn a pass straight through to the next round, while the remaining six celebrities must make a plate of food that evokes a special time and place in their lives, transporting John and Gregg there.
