The Big Scottish Book Club is back with an Edinburgh International Book Festival special as it celebrates its 40th anniversary.

Damian Barr is joined by some of the biggest names at the festival, including American author and double Pulitzer Prize winner Colson Whitehead discussing the second book in his Harlem trilogy, The Crook Manifesto, and his bestseller The Underground Railroad. Eleanor Catton talks about adapting her Booker Prize-winning book The Luminaries for the screen, as well as her new novel, Birnam Wood. Meanwhile, Judy Murray is giving us her book recommendations and talking about her first foray into fiction - The Wild Card. Show less
