Peter was an exhausted care worker who had come off shift and answered the phone to the wrong person. Despite repeatedly questioning the scammers, calling from his bank’s ‘fraud team’, Peter was eventually won over and ended up handing over almost £3,500. Peter is worried about how and why he was targeted and hopes Michelle and Mavis can provide the answers for him.
