Following 'the incident' in episode 5 which left PC Gavin Howells short of a thumb, has Sgt Price reached the end of a very long road (and we don't mean the A470) with his colleagues being called as character witnesses in a disciplinary hearing at police HQ? Meanwhile a naval blockade of Prestatyn is very narrowly avoided and Grace has a surprise for Wendy. All in a day's work for north Wales's finest.

The producers would like to make it clear that the hapless antics of North Wales Traffic Police are entirely fictional and any similarities between the police in north, south or any part of Wales is entirely coincidental - but also very funny.
