In the first of the semi-finals, the three artists have to create a masterpiece inspired by Newcastle for celebrity commissioner Tilly Lockey.

In order to get a unique view of the city, they visit Tilly’s hometown of Newcastle for a helicopter ride, before returning to the art studio to create their artworks in the given time.
