Contestants fight for survival in the Elimination Challenge. They must identify cuts of meat by appearance only. Guessing correctly means they are safe, but one wrong answer, and they’re in the elimination cook-off.
Round two is the final chance to impress the judges. The bottom four must cook rib eye or scotch fillet. One contestant takes a risk by mincing their premium cut, while another undercooks the meat.
