Natalie Imbruglia

Duration: 11 minutes

First broadcast: on BBC Radio 2Latest broadcast: on BBC Radio 2

Natalie Imbruglia performed at Maida Vale back in February's as part of Radio 2's Piano Room Month. Accompanied by The BBC Concert Orchestra, Natalie's set includes the 90s classic 'Torn' and and new song 'Invisible Things'.

Sydney-born Natalie first burst on to the music scene in the mid 1990s with her chart-topping single 'Torn', which sold over a million copies in the UK. It was taken from her 1997 album 'Left Of The Middle', which went on to sell over seven million copies worldwide.

She returned last year with her sixth studio album, 'Firebird'. Mostly recorded during lockdown, this new collection of songs explores the dual themes of independence and vulnerability, and reveals a new sense of artistic confidence for Natalie. Show less
