alt-J dropped their iconic debut album 'An Awesome Wave' back in 2012, which went on to win the prestigious Mercury Music Prize. Their follow-up, 'This Is All Yours', topped the UK charts and earned them a Grammy nomination, while third album 'Relaxer' led to another Mercury nomination.

Having released their brand new album 'The Dream' just last week, Gus from alt-J has taken time out of the band's busy schedule to reminisce about his love for indie music by curating his own personal playlist for 6 Music and BBC Sounds.
