Food lover Kate Hardie-Buckley continues her culinary adventure to meet innovative chefs and food producers in Baku, Malaga, Reykjavik and Glasgow. Starting in Baku in Azerbaijan, Kate meets Chef Ehtiram Farzalibayov who sends her in search of organic saffron, pomegranate wine and caviar. In Malaga, Chef Jose Carlos Garcia teaches Kate about the importance of aesthetics on a plate. Next, Kate returns to the Scottish city of Glasgow, which she enjoyed as a student, to explore wild meat and foraged vegetables with Chef Rosie Healy.
