Officers take action against a cowboy builder who conned several customers out of tens of thousands of pounds. His work was so bad, he was dubbed the worst builder in Wales. In one case, he was paid more than £60,000 to build an extension, but he walked off the job, leaving the property in a state of disrepair. One surveyor described his work as easily the worst he had ever seen.
