Earlier this year, fans of the world's most popular music contest were invited to vote for their favourite Eurovision entries. And they had plenty to choose from: to date, there have been over 1,600 eligible entries that have made it to the Contest's Finals and Semi-Finals in its 65 year history.

In this special show, complete and unabridged, Ken Bruce runs down the UK's All-Time Top 50.

Eurovision is the longest-running annual international music competition, and one of the world's longest-running television programmes, annually attracting over 200 million viewers. 67 songs from 27 countries have won the Contest, and 52 countries have participated at least once, including Ireland with seven wins, Sweden with six, and France, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands with five each.

And where will the most covered Eurovision song - Domenico Mudugno‘s 'Nel Blu Di Pinto Di Blu', also known as 'Volare' - be placed?

Will Celine Dion, Olivia Newton-John and Cliff Richard make it into the Top 50? Or will more recent Eurovision stars like Loreen, Conchita Wurst and Duncan Laurence beat them to it?

And will such non-winners as Ukraine’s Verka Serduchka and ‘Dancing Lasha Tumbai’, or Malta’s Chiara and ‘Angel’, finally triumph?
