Catrin Nye hears from Welsh Sikh writer Ranjit Saimbi, who finds some of his cultural heritage a bit of a burden; Amber Davies who's had to use a stoma bag since she was a teenager, and wants people to stop making assumptions about what she can and can’t do; and also from Swansea choreographer Antony Matsena who expresses many aspects of his identity through his dance work.
