Wildlife expert Nick Baker embarks on an exhilarating adventure through Japan's wilderness to experience the deep respect the Japanese have for the natural world and to see what makes Japan's landscape so unique. In this second episode, inspired by the upcoming Japanese Olympic and Paralympic Games, Nick continues his journey by getting on his bike to explore the dramatic volcanos of Bandai Asahi National Park. He takes to the mountain trails of Mount Adatara, an active volcano and he helps the guardians of its hot springs with some vital cleaning. He also has a lesson from a leading master in the art of bonsai and visits Aquamarine Fukushima, one of Japan's most spectacular aquariums where he discovers the story of one the most well-known domesticated sea creatures, the goldfish.
