John Inverdale introduces live coverage of the final match of this year’s Six Nations, with France needing an emphatic victory to snatch the title away from Wales.
France’s thrilling win against the Welsh last weekend denied Wayne Pivac’s side the Grand Slam, but to overtake them in the final standings France will need a grandstand finish. They must win by at least 21 points and score a minimum of four tries if they are to clinch their first title since 2010.
Victory for Scotland, meanwhile, would see them finish second in the Six Nations for the first time. However, they have not won away to France in the championship since 1999.
