In forestry woodland in Lanarkshire, a quad-biking accident tests the ambulance service’s specialist off-road vehicle to its limits as paramedic John struggles to reach the injured patient. Meanwhile, in Edinburgh, paramedic Martyn and technician Kevin are called to treat a woman who has fallen in the street, but without location information they are forced to hunt for her in the busy city streets.
Lauren and Allan in Falkirk are sent to an unusual location when a call comes in for a patient in trouble at the vets, while in Glasgow, John and Suzanne rush to the scene of a nasty bicycle accident.
