It’s all change for synchro trampoline gymnastic pair Alannah and Morgan, who have had to split as a pair because they are jumping at different heights. Morgan has been given a lovely new partner, Evie, but Alannah is still waiting for her new partner to be found. As the girls say, it’s just what happens when you’re a trampolinist. They are determined not to let this affect their friendship and get busy making plans for life outside the gym!

It’s competition day for Birmingham Boys Tremaine, Zion, Winston and Codi at the Men’s Artistic National Championships. The competition is at the boy’s home gym so they’re not short of supporters, and of course they have each other for encouragement and advice. How will Codi get on at his first national competition? And will Zion, Trumaine and Winston do well enough to get a place in the GB squad?
