Maddie visits an electric car factory to find out how an electric car works. She learns that an electric car uses batteries and electricity to make the energy it needs to move. Using her special cameras, she shows us how these cars use something called regenerative braking to catch and use the energy that is normally lost when a car brakes.

Next, Maddie heads to the beach, where she uses her thermal imaging camera to see how hot air and cold air make wind. We can use the wind to do really fun things – like fly a kite! Show less
