Lucy Alexander is joined by three inventors to watch footage of customers as they unbox, test, review and score their precious products.
Beauty brand manager Adriana found the change in climate was having an adverse reaction to her skin, so she has developed a multi-purpose beauty tool that utilises red-light technology, heats up and removes make-up. Patrick cooked up his idea while trying to bake his own sourdough. Realising the trick to achieving baker-quality bread at home lay in getting steam into his oven, Patrick came up with a stoneware oven-proof bread maker that holds water to create enough steam for the perfect crusty loaf. Finding it hard to turn round on his sports bike to see what was behind, cyclist Tony decided to attach a small mirror to the bike frame just below his gaze to help gauge the distance between him and other vehicles.
Once all three inventors have watched the customer responses and given their own thoughts on the feedback, Lucy reveals who has won the coveted The Customer Is Always Right winner’s trophy. Show less
