Erik and Adam are identical twin brothers, living completely different lives. Erik, a freedom-seeking surfer bum, lives alone in a run-down camper van on a desolate beach. Adam is the complete opposite - a successful man with money, a thriving family business, a loving wife, Ingrid, and two children. It's a picture-perfect life.

When Erik's irresponsible lifestyle finally catches up with him, he contacts his brother for help, but Adam brutally rejects him, with fatal consequences.
