Five tales by the celebrated American crime and psychological novelist and short story writer, Patricia Highsmith.

Patricia Highsmith was born in Texas in 1921-1995. She wrote eight collections of short stories and 22 novels, among them the five ‘Ripley’ novels for which she is perhaps best known. Her first, Strangers On A Train, was the basis for the eponymous Hitchcock film of 1951. She died in Switzerland in 1995.
