On the Scottish leg of his pie odyssey, poet Ian McMillan heads to Forfar and Dundee to learn about Bridie and Scotch pies.
He’s joined by Bill Herbert, a poet, pie-eater and football fan, who shares a “pie-ku” or two, as Ian learns the correct way to eat a bridie, and discovers the delights of macaroni cheese in a pie.
