Max absolutely loves dinosaurs, so the thought of going on a fossil hunt is like a dream come true. We join the start of his journey as he goes to see a Tyrannosaurus skeleton at a museum with his mum and dad. Afterwards, they head over to a beach to see if they can spot any fossils but soon discover that they're more tricky to find than they first realised.

Dad gives Max a fossil brick to practise with, and they meet up with the local fossil expert, Martin, who thinks he might be able to help them with their search. After a quick lesson on how fossils are formed, Martin takes Max and his dad to a different beach to go on a fossil expedition, where they begin the hunt for some real fossils. Show less
