He charts the rise of the UK Garage genre from an underground club scene in the 1990s to a chart dominating pop movement. Plus Craig tells the story of his parallel musical journey, from playing Southhampton nightclubs on school nights, to recording ‘Re-Rewind’, performing on Top of the Pops and becoming a fully fledged pop star.

Craig also meets up with veteran Garage producer Sunship to find out how his remixes catapulted the likes of Sweet Female Attitude, Mis-Teeq, Victoria Beckham and Craig David himself.
