Officers catch up with a second-hand car dealer who goes to extraordinary lengths to avoid justice after selling a potential death trap to an unsuspecting customer. The car is impounded but before it can be used as evidence against him, the dodgy dealer makes an incredible attempt to get it back.

They also track down a fish merchant who’s been illegally harvesting shellfish and distributing them to restaurants and wholesalers – potentially putting customers’ health at risk.
