In the eleventh episode of this series, three entrepreneurs come together to discover what our customers think of their precious products. They are nervous, but ready to watch the customers unboxing, testing and giving their feedback on what they like, dislike and what they think could be improved for each invention.
In today’s episode, we meet Bryan, Tommy and Yusuf, all hoping to get a high score from our customers to become today’s winner.
Bryan is a lover of science and following a trip abroad teaching kids science, he has created a subscription service which sends out science experiment kits for kids. Every month, a box of new experiments and ingredients are sent out to budding little scientists.
Tommy has invented a product and built a business which aims to keep cars clean from messy, muddy pets. His pet seat carpet attaches to car seat interiors, absorbs odours and water, and is machine washable.
Yusuf created his product for his daughter. She suffered from bad skin so he developed and produced a hand-held cleanser and make-up applicator which uses sonic waves to cleanse the skin. When her skin cleared up, he decided to bring his invention to market.
At the end of the episode, presenter Lucy Alexander reveals who has come third, second and first place, and presents the winner with the Customer is Always Right winner’s trophy. Show less
