It’s Collinsville's annual Pickle Festival and Holly is finally old enough to compete in the Pickle Pageant. Winning the pageant is a Hobbie family tradition, so when it seems like Piper is winning over the crowd, Holly tries to appeal to the audience by singing the town song, rather than the one she wrote.
