Carys decides that health and fitness weekends are all the rage and she is going to run a bootcamp at Daffodil Dunes. After a tip from superfit park residents, Todd and Jase, Carys hires the fearsome Delilah Prendergast, a survival expert who aims to put everyone through their paces. All the park regulars sign up to the bootcamp, but have no idea what they’re in for. Carys and Danny also go along, but Tanya is miffed that she has to stay back and mind the pub.

Delilah takes the recruits on a 36-hour journey to hell, and it all goes horribly wrong. However, when Keith hurts his ankle and gets stuck in a hole, it is up to Carys and Danny to free him.

Meanwhile, Frank seems to be having a genuinely good time with Iona, but he still has a nagging feeling that he is 'cheating' on Bronwen, so visits her grave to seek her blessing.

Dylan starts school, and is an outcast. The school hasn’t even got a rugby team – but at least everyone supports Man Utd. His footballing proficiency increases his popularity and things start looking up – until his dad turns up from Manchester and all hell breaks loose. Frank wades in, but Liam surprises him – it’s not him that had the affair, it was Carys.

Tucker gets thrown out of his mum’s house when he refuses to tidy his room and the situation forces him to reconsider what he is doing with his life.
