YolanDa Brown and her house band The Band Jaminals entertain an audience of children with live music and guests. Today YolanDa welcomes guest performer Afrika Green, who wows the crowd with a flurry on her five-piece drum kit. Afrika shows the audience how to practice drumming by using animal names to create different drum rhythms just by clapping and stamping.

The Fact Jam goes on to explore drums further. Drums are the oldest instruments in the world, existing since the time of cave dwellers, and the biggest kit in the world has over 800 pieces.

Whilst YolanDa and Afrika get ready for the Band Jam, a short film follows a young girl as she gets some tips about writing rap music from top London rappers Princess and Saffron. Show less
