News, Weather, followed by: Trackside Storey: Competition

on BBC One London

Last of five athletics masterclasses from the Mary Peters's track in Belfast.

Introduced by Stuart Storey.
Coaches' reputations are at stake today - have the guests listened and trained hard enough? Allan Wells, Sharon Hutchings, Jon Ridgeon and Tessa Sanderson cheer and coax the sportsmen and women over four events, the 60m hurdles, javelin, high jump, then into new territories - over 200 metres. The guests have been paired - Sean Kerly, hockey is with Gaynor Stanley, swimming; Steven Redgrave, rowing joins Lisa Opie, squash; and Neil Adams, judo partners Liz Hobbs from water ski-ing. Using decathlon and heptathlon tables to score, which duo will come out on top? (R)
