Wildlife on One: Zen, the Pigtail Monkey

on BBC One London

Narrated by David Attenborough

...the monkey that goes to work - on a bike!

Zen's ancestors once roamed wild in the forests of South-East Asia. Because of their intelligence and ability to adapt to Man, macaque monkeys were trained as actors, and more recently, as travellers in the exploration of space!

This is the story of a more down-to-earth relationship between an animal and his master, in which we discover how Zen earns his place as a full working member of Mr Tay's household.
