"Survival Challenge" starts on top of the world with Everest conqueror Stephen Venables as the first studio guest.
The mountain bikes return for some fierce punishment from the two surviving teams in the Final Challenge and there is a chance for you to join in too, so stand by with Postcard and pencil for the viewers' question.
