This evening's proposition:
The Age of Consent Should be Lowered to 14
It is proposed by Tess Gill. Chairwoman of the National Council for Civil Liberties: and opposed by Michael Ancram , Vice-chairman of the Scottish Conservative Party.
Each advocate will call his witnesses, cross-question his opponent's and argue his case so that the jury may reach a verdict.
