At this recent Congress, delegates from twenty-two countries met, and it was agreed to form an International Scientific Film Association.
Tonight, John Maddison (who was elected one of the Vice-Presidents of this organisation), John Chappie (a physicist), and Ronald MacKeith (an expert in the use of medical films), give their impressions of the Congress and discuss new opportunities for international co-operation through the scientific film.
