Marilyn Monroe: Niagara

on BBC One London

A new season of feature films with Hollywood's most explosive yet vulnerable creation starring Marilyn Monroe, Joseph Cotten with Jean Peters

Joseph Cotten, in one of his all too rare screen performances, plays Marilyn's husband in this exciting thriller. Directed by Henry Hathaway and set against the scenic grandeur of the Niagara Falls, it tells of a dissatisfied wife whose plot to murder her husband misfires badly.
