Within hours of being released from prison, car-thief Dick Kanipsia finds himself in the midst of a frantic - and dangerous - hunt for a vast amount of embezzled money. He sets off with a fellow crook, who has a passion for mobile homes, and his wife, to travel across country, searching for the man who has been given the stolen money to "invest".
