New series Flipping tyres and pulling anchors are among the tasks in store for the strongmen. Scarborough hosts the first heat in the six-part series - showing on consecutive nights -which also includes the "motorcycle walk" - two 600cc bikes hoisted on a yoke and walked down the course.
